Share information on a variety of medium ranging from whiteboards to DVD’s. Communicate with a professional conference telephone. Arrange the modular boardroom table to fit your needs. These features and more will make your next meeting more efficient and enjoyable.

Presentation Equipment
32” Flat Screen TV
Attach your computer to the wall mounted television to display information and presentations. A combination DVD/VCR player is available to show your promotional or training video.

Projector
For a larger display which does not require the LCD, the projector is a bright vibrant display that will grab
everyone’s attention.

Whiteboard / Flip Chart
Take advantage of the large whiteboard and flip chart at the front of the boardroom.

Communication Equipment
Conference Telephone
Our telephone is a wireless system that can be placed anywhere in the room. The speaker and microphone are both crystal clear. The board room also has a standard phone for private conversations.

Wireless Internet
Our boardroom features password protected, high speed wireless internet access. This allows you to access email, online documents and other internet resources.

Office and Other Equipment
Laptop Computer
Our boardroom laptop features a wide screen, fast processor and wireless internet access. It has several USB ports to connect all of your extra devices.

Modular Boardroom Table
Our large boardroom table can comfortably seat 12 people. In addition, the table can be separated into four sections. This can be useful in creating a classroom atmosphere or opening the room up for a reception.

Workstation
Use the built in desk to get some extra work done before your meeting or at lunch before an afternoon session. The boardroom is ideal as temporary office space.

Kitchen Facilities
The boardroom kitchen has a small fridge, full-sized sink and plenty of cupboard space. A coffee machine and a kettle are always available.

Half Day: $50
